How can I receive a replacement?Updated 6 months ago

In order to receive a replacement for your purchase if it is still within our warranty policy, we ask that you send us an overhead photo of the damages to the product(s) and the package(s). Once the photo has been received, we will issue the replacement. 

An email notification will be sent once we have issued the replacement.
