Our standard for our current product is to cover the flat surface area of a stovetop which means that the outer edges stop where the stove top begins to curve, and the burner openings meet the bottom edge of the burner riser. We do this to provide as much coverage as possible without compromising safety. A confirmation drawing is available on our website at the time of purchase.
